glockenspiel !!

T0day teacHer asked keV n I to find de xylophone at next dooR, music room1~ we weRe looking at each otheR..n !! 2 know dat we've xylophone in de music r00m. So both oF us ran to next dooR curiously n happily.."wondering`ly"..jajaja..We searcheD 4 de xylophone for quite some tim3..at ev3ry corner of de musicRoom..but couLdn't find also..W3 found a bOx written~> glockenspiel <~ uhhuh!!! we've dat also?!?! it seems 2 be a new instrum3nt..well..continue~ couldn't find de xylophone so keV brought de new box to nextdooR..
Guess wat..told teacHer couldn't finD it n we were curious bout de new box..of glockenspiel~ but teacher said, "eh, betullah..tulah yg saya nak.."..I think she has made such mistaKe sinCe long aGo..jajaja..We opened de boX n took out de glockenspiel~ w0w..nice thingy!! siLver colouR de..r u wondering wat's dat..well dun worry..i'll let u c ... ^-^
but now i'm wondering how does a xylophone look like..hmm...HOw bOut' vibraphone??marimba?? de only thing i noe is ..each instrument has those very very nice sound which attracts me a lot..sounds like music box..The notes of it are laid out much like a piano keyboard..how to differentiate xylophone, glockenspiel...n mayb vibraphone??

GLOCKENSPIEL~ bars r made of steel bars..
MARIMBA~ bars r made of wood
VIBRAPHONE~ bars r made of metal and it has a sustain pedal like a piano.
All in all, they look similar..no big difference..de gambang in gamelan also appears to be one of them..
I think i love this kind of instrument very much..mainLy bcoz they produced high tuned sound that is bright and penetrating..cutie ..tink tink tink..hehe..
